Your/your child’s name, contact details, NDIS participant number and fees are also stored in our financial system.

Where information is stored outside Australia, Choice Allied Health will ensure that storage is compliant with the Australian Privacy Act. Our primary information storage - our patient management system - stores all information within Australia.
